Where to now?

So, 2020 was going to be a year of change. How does it feel now? I know you were probably thinking, hey, this is going to be my year and I'm going to make some big changes for myself. January and February went by, and you were caught up in the new year, work and family activities that you were given or dictated to, and you were too busy to make anything new stick. Am I right so far?
March comes, and suddenly, we have a global pandemic. We are all told to take this seriously and stay at home. We do, and we have. You start to feel this new sensation of no mobility. Sure, you go out to the store and get food and toilet paper, but you know that is not what you want to do or what feels normal.
Don't be scared. Instead, I recommend you be curious and see how you "feel" about the new change in your life. Have you been creating new habits? Are you exercising more? Are you cleaning your house?
This new paradigm of staying home and having more free time allows you to create what you desire. Take that information and think about what new changes you have made for yourself and apply them to the New Year resolution you made on January 1st of this year.
Today is an opportunity to create what you have wanted to do or be for a long time. Try not to ignore it.
