Does Imagination meet Business?

Yes, end of blog...
Okay, I'll give you a little more insight. If you can't dream or envision it you can't create it. I want you to think back to how many times you just arrived at a situation and you weren't sure how you got there.
That happened to me a lot when it came to job offers. I grew up in the go go 90's and companies were handing out high paying jobs like candy. I was focused on making a high salary with high commission upside and the jobs I took were based solely on money. When I finally started to realize that money didn't equate to my happiness I changed my philosophy to focus on what I wanted to create.
I then started to imagen what I was passionate about. I loved helping people meet that had common needs. That idea started me down a path I wanted to explore for years. So I started to build a TV show that was integrated with an online membership backend for Single Chicagoans. I called it Singles TV and wrote a business plan. I contacted the local cable tv affiliate and learned I could take free classes and produce my own show. I recruited a web designer, an IT team and a publicist and asked my wife to be a camera person. We shot interviews in a local bar and put them on air and had a crawl at the bottom to let single viewers know they could join the site and connect with the single person they saw on TV.
I was able to create this whole concept and production in less than six months and was able to sell the business in less than two years.
I would not have been able to do this without the vision I had and the lack of fear to try.
I can honestly say I had a lot of fun throughout the whole process and learned a lot along the way.
Let's see what you want to create and I'd like to know why you want to create it.
Reach out and let me know.
