Where to now?

So, 2020 was going to be a year of change. How does it feel now? I know you were probably thinking, hay this is going to be my year and I'm going to make some big changes for myself. January and February went by and you were caught up in the new year work and family activities you were given or dictated to and you were to busy to make anything new stick. Am I right so far?
March comes up and all of a sudden we have a global pandemic and we are all told to take this seriously and stay at home. We do and we have. You start to be with this new sensation of no mobility. Sure you go out to the store and get food and toilet paper but you know that is not what you want to do or what feels normal.
Don't be scared. I recommend you be curious instead and see how you "feel" about the new change in your life. Have you been creating new habits? Are you exercising more? Are you cleaning your house?
This new paradigm of staying home and more free time is an opportunity to create what it is you desire. Take that information and think about what new changes you have made for yourself and apply them to the New Year resolution you made on January 1st of this year.
Today is an opportunity to create what you have been wanting to do or be for a long time. Try not to ignore it.
