I wanna Pop!
Mount Shasta in California has stunning natural beauty and rich Native American history. For thousands of years, various tribes, including the Shasta, Wintu, Karuk, Modoc, and Pit River tribes, have called this area home. Moreover, their unique cultures, spiritual practices, and traditions have long been shaped by their connection to the land, with Mount Shasta serving as a physical and spiritual landmark. In addition, the mountain is the platform for the legend of the Lemurians, an ancient advanced civilization believed to have inhabited a lost continent called Lemuria.
The Lemurian connection to Mount Shasta gained popularity in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, drawing from Theosophical (read my blog here) teachings and the writings of authors like Frederick Spencer Oliver.
These stories often portray Lemurians as spiritually advanced beings who sought refuge within Mount Shasta when their continent sank beneath the ocean.
We've been here the whole time

Meanwhile, the Lemurian legend has captured the attention of many, contributing to Mount Shasta's reputation as a mystical and spiritual site. Today, people visit Mount Shasta seeking spiritual enlightenment and connection with the Lemurian energy. Some even believe that a hidden city of Lemurians exists beneath the mountain.
To clarify, the Lemurian legend didn't start with Mount Shasta. Its roots go back to the mid-19th century, spurred by scientific attempts to explain intriguing similarities between the flora and fauna of continents separated by vast oceans. Initially proposed by zoologist Philip Sclater in 1864, declared that Lemuria, a sunken land bridge, connected Madagascar, India, and Africa to explain shared species that couldn't be accounted for by conventional migration patterns.
H.E.B.
This scientific hypothesis eventually lost traction as the theory of plate tectonics emerged to explain continental drift and species distribution more convincingly. However, the idea of a lost continent resonated with those seeking explanations for ancient puzzles. As a result, the concept fueled the investigation from conscious investigators, mystics, and writers who improved the scientific theory into a more complete narrative.
Metaphysic writers like Helena Blavatsky, a co-founder of the Theosophical Society, included Lemuria in their teachings, describing it as a highly evolved spiritual civilization that predated Atlantis. Blavatsky's writings impacted later authors, including Frederick Spencer Oliver, whose 1894 novel A Dweller on Two Planets introduced the idea of Lemurian survivors residing within Mount Shasta. Moreover, in a channeled narrative, Frederick Spencer Oliver claimed to be transcribing the words of a spirit entity named Phylos. As a result, the being recounted past lives on Earth and a more advanced planet called Venus.
Furthermore, Oliver never explicitly used the term "Lemuria." Instead, he described a lost continent in the Pacific Ocean called "Poseid," which shared many characteristics with the Lemurian concept. Consequently, this spiritually advanced civilization mastered technology and lived in harmony with nature before its destruction by volcanic eruptions and earthquakes. Phylos, in Oliver's narrative, claimed to have been a Poseidonian in a past life.

Foretold
In addition, Oliver introduced the idea that a group of Poseidonians, foreseeing the impending cataclysm, escaped to a secret refuge within Mount Shasta. They established a hidden city called Telos, where they continued their advanced culture and awaited the time when humanity was ready to receive their wisdom. This concept of surviving Lemurians residing within Mount Shasta became a central element in subsequent elaborations of the Lemurian code.
Meanwhile, there's no definitive proof of alien activity; however, numerous accounts and reported sightings have contributed to the mountain's reputation as a UFO hotspot. Nevertheless, officials dismiss most of these reported sightings for lack of concrete evidence and consider them misidentified natural phenomena. For example, in 2020, a widely circulated photo of a suspected UFO over Mount Shasta (see below) was determined to be a lenticular cloud formation by official government rule.

Nothing to see here
To clarify, the US government has had more UFO/UAP disclosures than ever before. In addition, several significant developments in recent years have been regarding the US government's stance on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena.
Firstly, in 2020, the Pentagon officially released three videos captured by Navy pilots showing UAP exhibiting seemingly impossible flight characteristics (read my blog here for more info). These videos, previously leaked and circulated online, sparked renewed public interest and Congressional scrutiny.

Second, in June 2021, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) released a highly anticipated report on UAPs, acknowledging that many unexplained sightings require further analysis. The report, however, stopped short of attributing any sightings to extraterrestrial origins.
Finally, in July 2022, Congress established the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) within the Department of Defense. As a result, this office coordinates UAP data collection and analysis across various government agencies and provides regular reports to Congress.
Feel the Vibration
Currently, on November 18th, 2024, Congress is hearing from former military and private members about the growing number of UAPs in US airspace and the lack of public disclosure. On the surface, this conversation seems exciting, but make no mistake: this is more about additional tax funding for the military-industrial complex. However, I hold high excitment for the opportunity for the uninformed to become curious.
Above all, many will dismiss the story of Lemurians living inside Mount Shasta as more "nonsense" about aliens and UFOs. However, I remind you that these are not extraterrestrials but are, in fact, earthlings that have lived on this planet for millennia. Why can't we see them, or why aren't they showing themselves to us? Here in lies the real question.
To answer the question, one has to understand Nikola Tesla, the brilliant inventor and visionary, as saying, "If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration." Tesla hypothesized that if a receiving device matched the resonance frequency of a mechanical oscillation, the device could transform the oscillation back into an electric current. For example, a violin's note can shatter a wine glass because the notes match in frequency.

Blinded by the Light
Likewise, according to research, the human body generally resonates at a frequency between 5 and 10 Hertz (Hz). Meanwhile, A dolphin's body primarily resonates at high frequencies, typically within the 40 to 130 kHz range. Finally, the Earth resonates at approximately 7.83 Hertz, known as the Schumann Resonance (read my blog here). In this example, frequencies are one of the keys to our existence and interaction with what we see and feel. In addition, humans can only see 0.0035% of what is in the light spectrum (read my blog here).
Meanwhile, the mantis shrimp has a complex visual system with up to 16 different types of color receptors, allowing them to see ultraviolet, infrared, and polarized light. Imagine -0.0999965% of the world is not visible to a human on any level. Can you honestly say that a higher-frequency being living on this planet is not real, because we can't see them?

Worthiness
In summation, many possible scenarios could account for the strange happenings on Mount Shasta, but there is only one conclusion. If we as a society want to find out the truth, we must endeavor to raise our frequencies in order to see and hear the truth. Until then, it will always be considered a myth. How do we raise our frequency? You can start by focusing on your breathing. Why? It helps you focus on what is going on in the moment, not thinking about the past or future. We start here...
