Over the past several months, I have been sharing information regarding paranormal activities now considered "real" by public officials. As a result, I have laid out a case that advanced beings and technology have been here for a hundred years, if not thousands of years. In last week's post, I gave you specific information from the Congress of the United States. Today, I'd like to share that today's blog focuses on a man I consider the world's foremost authority on UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence and technologies, and peaceful contact with interstellar civilizations. His name is Dr. Steven Greer.
Steven M. Greer is an American retired physician and ufologist who founded the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) and the Disclosure Project, which seeks to reveal classified UFO information to the public at large. Most importantly, the classification of UFO information is determined by the same government bodies that classify other types of sensitive information, such as the Department of Defense (annual budget, $1.77 trillion), the Department of State ($83.2 billion), and the Central Intelligence Agency ($3.2 billion).
Dr. Greer was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1955. He attended Maharishi International University, Appalachian State University, and East Tennessee State University, where he earned his medical degree in 1982.
After practicing medicine for several years, Greer became interested in UFOs and ufology.
Peacefulness
While hiking in the mountains of North Carlina at 18, he had a significant-close encounter of the 5th kind (when you make contact).
Greer realized that he had made contact with another humanoid species. According to Steven, he said it was more telepathic than it was direct communication. As a result, he realized he could contact them through a calm mind and intentional meditative communication. Several years ago, Greer created an app to download and use to make peaceful contact. The app is called CE5 Contact.
Disclosed
In 1990, Greer founded CSETI, a non-profit organization seeking to contact extraterrestrial civilizations peacefully. CSETI claims to have over 3,000 confirmed reports of UFO sightings by pilots and over 4,000 of what they describe as landing traces. In 1993 when Steven was 37, he was asked to brief President Clinton and his first director of the CIA, Robert James Woolsey Jr. Therefore, this meeting made Greer very concerned that even at the highest levels of government, they had no access to "classified" UFO projects and information.
In 2001, Greer founded the Disclosure Project, a campaign to support the United States government in releasing classified information about UFOs. The Disclosure Project has held several press conferences featuring former government officials and military personnel who claim to have witnessed UFOs or are involved in government cover-ups of UFO information.
The conference that got my attention was on May 9, 2001. Dr. Greer had assembled a group of highly credible people to share their stories of UFO encounters. Consequently, the Nation Press Club Conference in Washington, DC, was the epicenter of legitimate UFO discussions. Meanwhile, decades have passed, and we are just starting to take this information seriously. The inflection point is now.
That was Then
Greer is considered a controversial figure by some. However, many more people believe he is a credible witness to UFOs and is working to expose the truth about extraterrestrial life. Therefore, I ask that you take the following information and open your mind to the possibility that our government may have no idea what is actually going on with how our country deals with extraterrestrial life and technology.
Twenty-two years later, on June 12, 2023, Greer held another press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., to announce the release of a new documentary film called "The Cosmic Hoax: An Expose." The film alleges that the U.S. government is involved in a decades-long cover-up of UFO information and technology.
At the beginning of the presentation, Greer states that according to his understanding, extraterrestrial information and documents are being shared in preparation for U.S. Congressional hearings on the subject of UFOs. He says that he has been working to provide information to the U.S. government for decades and has recently compiled a library of materials so government officials can access them digitally. Some of the items in the library include:
- Government documents from countries around the world
- A map of 145 secret facilities and bases (some 'black sites')
- 752 whistleblower witness testimony from military, corporate, and government persons
- 121 UFO crash retrieval cases

In addition to Greer, other speakers at the event are military personnel who describe experiences they have witnessed and an attorney working on legal avenues to end the secrecy surrounding UFO information. Greer said, "We have got to protect whistleblowers." For example, a brave and trusted source like Eric Hecker, a Raytheon Contractor working in the South Pole, shares his experience.
Eric worked at the Amundsen–Scott South Pole Station; in 2010 as a Raytheon (U.S. aerospace and defense conglomerate) contractor. He joined the research center operated by the United States National Science Foundation as a security advisor. The station's primary function is an ice cube neutrino (a subatomic particle with a mass close to zero) detector. However, there was "much more" to the station that first met the eye, according to Hecker.
He claimed the station is publicly promoted as a listening device but operates as a center for UFOs and communicates with "exotic" crafts by sending neutrino rays up into space. Moreover, the array has 5,160 digital optical modules (DOMs). Each of the DOMs is capable of emitting 2,047 volts. In comparison, running at 1,150 volts, the Ekibastuz-Kokshetau power transmission line in Kazakhstan is the highest operational transmission line voltage in the world. Likewise, fast Tesla chargers require inputs of at least 480 volts and 100 amps. In other words, this is a massive amount of power to just "listen."

Moreover, Hecker claims the DOMs detect neutrino interactions while deep enough in the ice to not interfere with radiation readings. Why does this matter? UFOs emit neutrinos, which makes the South Pole station an air traffic control center for the U.S. Above all, this neutrino technology allows for faster-than-light (FTL) communications.
Why do we need FTL communications? See my blog on Gary McKinnon. He is the man that discovered a galactic U.S. Naval Fleet in 2001 when he hacked NASA computers. Eric believes this communication array is how we talk to our Cosmic Fleet, Solar Warden (read my blog).
Furthermore, he also said he was part of the initializing and start-up of the station. Eric states that the initial failed testing was a direct result of earthquakes in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 2011. The impact of the 6.3 magnitude (M) earthquake was so devastating that the estimates for the total economic cost stand at $21.5 billion.

Finally, Eric witnessed a "powerful green laser" pointing "at the cosmos." He believes that this is secondary long-range communication and or a defense system. Hecker reminds us that American taxpayer dollars go into all these systems and that the Military Industrial Complex is happy to cash those checks.
I will not go into each speaker at the conference, but I can tell you that these men did not choose to be part of a UFO or governmental conspiracy. Many of their lives have been completely destroyed or, at the very least, disrupted. So why would they make these claims? It is up to you to decide if you believe them or not. I'm merely making you aware that the information is out there for you to digest.

So, what does Dr. Greer get out of all of this? Unlike the government agencies designed to protect us, he doesn't receive trillions, billions, or even millions of dollars for his work. Consequently, he has done most of the funding through his film work, so he can provide the public and elected officials with this pertinent information.
